Black-Eyed Susan Award

  Maryland Black-Eyed Susan Book Nominees

Which book will you vote for?
Each year the Maryland Association of School Librarians select book lists for these catagories: Picture books, Chapter Books for Grades 4 - 6, and Graphic Novels.  The books are read by students across Maryland throughout the school year and in the spring the students vote for their favorite titles.  These outstanding books promote literacy and a love of reading in children and students.

Last year's winners are:  I'm trying to love spiders (picture book), Ellie's story: A dog's purpose novel (chapter book) and Sunny Side Up (graphic novel).
