Our brains need movement and sitting for long periods for any of us can cause our focus to drift. Try using Step Up Into P.A.C.E as a brain break at work or with your family.  Start with hydrating the body and brain is a must for good health, as our human body is made up of 50-75% of water, just as 71% of the earth’s surface is covered by water. See the chart below to see why water is important for our brains and drink some today! Movement is essential for our brain's engagement and why not incorporate kindness into the mix!  Check out the Dance for Kindness 2014 and see what the world can create.
