Network Drive - Secure O Drive Access

Request type is Accounts - Staff.  



Each School has a secure "O" drive and access to that drive has to be granted by the principal of the school.  The helpdesk will secure the necessary permissions from the principal if this form is submitted and does not come from the principal.  Authorized users will need to be Front Office users ONLY!  Permissions to access this drive cannot be given to any staff/EDU users.  If you are transferring this form is not necessary!  The form "New/Transfer User to a Front Office User" has a check box to give you access.

You must enter the username in the firstname.lastname format.
