Staff accounts
- Password Reset Portal - enrollment is required prior to needing to use the services below
- All these services are available from a number of locations - Employe Portal, FCPS eMail,and FCPS device login screen
- Unlock a locked account
- Reset a password when the current password is unknown
- Change Password when the current password is known
- Password requirements - see the sidebar on this page
Student accounts
- Students will have to see their school's User Support Specialist or equalivent to manage account issues
