Welcome to the Frederick County Public Schools 1:1 program resource page. The FCPS 1:1 Program aims to provide 21st century learners with appropriate technology and tools to augment the classroom experience and to enhance their education.
This site contains the standardized instructions and forms provided by the Department of Technology Infrastructure for all schools utilizing FCPS Chromebooks.
Please notice, all Chromebooks must be assigned using the TipWeb-IT inventory management system. A parent or guardian should sign the Full Distribution Receipt in TipWeb-IT when the device is issued. Copies of the forms can be found using the 1:1 Forms & Fees link in the menu to the left.
Schools and students must be aware that:
- Chromebooks are electronic devices that must be handled with care
- Chromebooks should always remain in their cases
- Students should be issued the same Chromebook from year to year
- All device issues must be reported to Tech Support using helpdesk.fcps.org
