Parent Contact Form / E-News Sign-up
All families, new and returning, must complete the contact form every school year to have up-to-date information for your family to receive important communications. This form will take approximately 10 minutes to complete.
All families are required to have at least one parent/guardian subscribed to the School E-News Distribution List. Our school has several channels of communication available to parents. This is how you will receive important communications regarding school events, news and updates.
All families should subscribe to FindOutFirst and follow MVM. FindOutFirst is the Frederick County Public Schools (FCPS) email service for emergency closings for schools and on the areas of interest you select. News from FindOutFirst is often received before other sources, but in emergencies please check any reliable source. MVM administration may use this method to reach out to parents for urgent messages (i.e. building issues, bear lock-downs, etc.) Sign-up or change your preferences: https://fcps.ezcommunicator.net/edu/frederick/login_form.aspx?app=0
School Closings/Delay AnnouncementsMVMPCS sends the cancellation notice via the eNews email distribution (after Find Out First). Messages from eNews will include changes to events specific to MVM (such as snow-date changes for plays). All families are required to subscribe to our eNews. If you do not receive this, please fill out the Contact Form below and then notify firstname.lastname@example.org to get added.
