4th Grade

Welcome To Ms. Fowler’s Class Website!

Ms. Fowler’s Phenomenal High Fliers!

I have been teaching for 7 years.  I did my internship here with Mrs. Hargett with 3rd grade, taught 4th grade for two years, 2nd grade for two years and am back to fourth.

All of my years have been at MoEs.  It is like a second home to me.

Before children, I attended Anne Arundel Community College, UMBC for Psych/Social Work and Towson State for ECE/Elem Ed.  I returned to Hood College to complete my B.A. I am currently pursuing my Master’s in Reading Specialization at Hood College.

I chose my career in teaching, as I wanted to make a difference in the world.  I have a background in Human Services and degree in Human services working with abused, neglected and delinquent children.  I hope I make a difference in the lives of your children!  I want my students to want to come to school, to feel safe and happy!

I have two children, a son who just graduated from UMBC with a political science degree and a daughter attending Hagerstown Community College, pursuing the Human Services pathway, as well. I live on 18 acres and have 5 dogs!  I love dogs and I’d save them all if I could.  My favorite place to visit is Gettysburg, PA; and my favorite thing to do is cruise around with the top down in my Pontiac G6 GT Hardtop Convertible! It’s the little things that matter...
