MCT I, II, and III are the foundation courses for the Business Administration Services and Finance and Accouting CTE program completeres. The courses develop necessary skills to utilize word processing, spreadsheet, database, and multi-media applications. The industry-standard software package used in this course in Microsoft Office 2010. Students have the opportunity to sit for the MOS (Microsoft Office Specialist) Certification Exam. These courses satisfy three of the four credits for the Business Administration Services CTE Program Completer.
There is rarely homework in these courses due to software limitations. Students who need to may check-out a textbook and complete assigments if they fall behind due to the pace of the in the classroom or missing class.
A flash drive is recommended for every student.
