If you believe a child is a victim of bullying, please report the circumstance immediately to school personnel. FCPS has posted a Bullying, Harassment or Intimidation Reporting Form online at: http://fcps.ezcommunicator.net/edu/frederick/Upload/0/57.pdf  FCPS also provides information about bullying awareness and prevention as follows:

  2.  The FCPS Calendar Handbook addresses and refers readers to FCPS Regulation 400-48:  
          Bullying - Intimidation - Harassment Complaint Process for Students:  http://apps.fcps.org/dept/legal/400-48.pdf  The regulation requires that "All  school 
          employees who observe, receive reports of, overhear, or otherwise witness bullying, intimidation, or harassment or to whom such harassment is reported shall take   
          prompt and appropriate action."
