My name is Amy DelPercio and I am one of the Special Education Teachers at Lincoln Elementary School! This is my 2nd year teaching, with both years being at Lincoln. I look forward to working with our little Panthers and the Lincoln Community again this year!
I love pushing our students to be the best that they can be! I’m grateful to be able to work with students in all capacities and across subject areas to help them improve upon and build on their developing skills as well as building their independence. As a Special Educator, I strive to ensure that all students are receiving the support they need in order to be successful in their learning!
I grew up in Newark, Delaware with my parents, my younger brother, and my younger sister. Our family has two cats, Chase and Theo, and my boyfriend and I just got our own kitten named Luna! I came to Frederick in 2015 to pursue my Undergraduate Degree at Hood College. I graduated from Hood in 2019 with my Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary and Special Education. I am currently working on my Master’s Degree at Hood in Educational Leadership. A few things I enjoy are exercising, the beach, and Dunkin’ coffee!
I look forward to a wonderful 2020-2021 school year!
