My name is Cathy Brooks, and I have taught kindergarten, first, second and third grade in Frederick County. This is my ninth year at Kemptown Elementary School. I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education and a Master’s Degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Hood College. My husband and I have three children. In our spare time, my husband and I enjoy boating, playing golf, traveling, camping and visiting with our family.

 I am excited to be teaching second grade this year!
