FOR EARLY DISMISSAL:

The information that must be included in the notification: student’s first, last name, teacher name, date and time of dismissal and reason for dismissal.

 

FOR TRANSPORTATION CHANGES:

The information that must be included in the notification: student’s first, last name, teacher name, date of transportation and  the change information:

  • If changing from car rider to student’s assigned bus, then we need bus number. No alternate buses will be approved unless you speak with Principal, Dr. Di Monte.
  • If changing to car rider, we need the person picking up the student and the relationship if not the parent.  

 

FOR ABSENCES – SICK OR PERSONAL:

This notification is to be sent to the office upon the student’s return.

The information that must be included in the notification: Student’s first, last name, teacher name, day(s) and date(s) of absence and reason.

  • You may email or contact the teacher directly, the day of the absence, so the teacher knows why a student is out. This is not mandatory.
  • If the absence is 5 days or more for vacation, it must be preapproved by Principal, Dr. Di Monte.
