Welcome to a great year!  Hi!  My name is Julia Epling.  I graduated from Hood College in 2005 with my B.A. in Early Child Education and Psychology and graduated from Hood in 2008 with my Masters in Curriculum and Instruction.  I taught my first two years at North Frederick Elementary School and have been teaching at Glade Elementary School since 2007.  I have also received my National Board Certification for Teaching.  I grew up on a dairy farm in Walkersville with my five younger siblings.  I have two wonderful sons, Wyatt and Liam.  I live in Frederick County with my husband and two sons.  I cannot wait to see how the students grow in their education.  Happy learning!
