Student Withdrawal/Transfer

If you are moving and your student will no longer be attending Frederick High School, please be sure to contact the Registrar's Office immediately at 240-236-7072.

Once we have been notified, we will generate a withdrawal packet which includes your student's current grades, includes transcript, attendance, discipline records, and immunization information.  You must come to the Student Services office and sign for the packet.  Your student should be prepared to turn in all textbooks and media center materials on their last day of attendance.  

Please note that your student will not actually be withdrawn from our system until we receive a request for records from another school/institution, notification from the FCPS Homeschool office that your application has been received, or permission from the Associate Superintendent's office to withdrawal your student.
