Week of September 5th, 2011

Individualized Learning Plans (ILPs) were mailed home a few weeks ago to notify parents of student failing HSA scores, and test reminders went out to students in first block classes this week to remind them of the HSA tests they will retake the week of October 3rd.  Students should start reviewing and attending after school tutoring to prepare for the October HSAs.

There are only 15 tutoring days left for 5th block ELO before the May HSAs!  Be sure you are going for after school HSA review sessions.  5th Block rocks:  the more you go, the more you know, and the better your chances for passing the May HSAs!

Week of March 28th, 2011

There are 3 full weeks left until spring break, and it's the start of term 4!  Start off strong by doing well in all of your classes each day.  Do your homework, study for tests and quizzes, and take advantage of the after school tutoring/ELO on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.  For your HSA classes, remember that the better your grade in the course, the bettter your chances for passing the HSA(s).
