Week of April 16th, 2012

Hope you had a great Spring Break, but now it's time to get serious about the May High School Assessments!  There are only 4 full weeks left until the May tests are given!  Make sure you are working hard in your HSA Courses and preparing for your tests. 

Week of March 12th, 2012

There are only 69 total days left until the May High School Assessements!  Students should be working hard to earn good grades in their H S A courses and should take advantage of the after school review sessions to help ensure success on the assessments.

Week of February 13th, 2012

The January High School Assessment Scores have been received.  Any student that took a 1st semester, 18week Algebra I, Biology or English 10 class (not year long courses) can stop by the Guidance Office and see Mrs. Novotny to get their scores.  Parents may contact Mrs. Novotny at (240)236-7041 or at cheryl.novotny@fcps.org to receive scores.  The student I.D. number must be provided for confidentiality purposes.

Week of January 30th, 2012

There are only 71 school days left until the May High School Assessments for year long or 2nd semester English 10, Biology and Algebra I classes.  Students should be striving to earn good grades in the courses (see below) and should start attending after school tutoring on a regular basis to ensure success on the tests.
