Composer Information
When asked to research a famous composer they will associate the composer with a particular time period, and at least 4 works by the composer.
When asked to research a famous composer they will associate the composer with a particular time period, and at least 3 works by the composer.
When asked to research a famous composer they will associate the composer with a date that is close to the composers time period, and at least 2 works by the composer.
When asked to research a famous composer they will not associate the composer with a date that is close to the composers time period, and unable to name composer works.
Participates
Student listens to instructions and participates willingly and successfully with a partner student during the music technology project.
Student listens to instructions and participates willingly with a partner student during the music technology project.
Student listens to instructions and participates with a partner student during the music technology project.
Does not listen to instructions AND/OR does not participate.
Facts - Time Period/Culture
When asked to speak or write about the time period or culture, the student presents several accurate facts, with no inaccurate or questionable facts.
When asked to speak or write about the time period or culture, the student presents 1-2 accurate facts, with no inaccurate or questionable facts.
When asked to speak or write about the time period or culture, the student presents 1-2 accurate facts, but also includes 1 or more inaccurate or questionable fact.
Student cannot talk or write accurately about the time period or culture.

When asked to speak or write about musical instruments or styles associated with a particular time period or culture, the student presents several accurate facts, with no inaccurate or questionable facts.
