My name is Jenny McGinnis.  I am a Kindergarten teacher at B.C.E.S.  I have been teaching for over 30 years and have been at Ballenger Creek since it opened in 1990.  I am a native of Frederick as is my husband.  He also works for FCPS and is a lacrosse coach in the county.  We have 3 children all of which started with me at Ballenger but have since moved away.  So...having the empty nest, I intend to adopt all of your children.
