Welcome to the Hawks' Nest

On Monday evening May 6th, the FCCA (Frederick County Coaches Association) held its annual senior scholar-athlete banquet at the Morningside Inn. Each public (and private) Frederick County High school sends two senior students, one female and one male, to represent their respective school.

This year, Cassie Lowell and Edward Yoon represented Urbana, and after hearing some incredibly impressive resumes all evening, Cassie Lowell was chosen as the female winner for county!

UHS Meet the Coaches Night

The meeting will be held Tuesday, May 28th at 7pm in the main UHS Gym. This is a chance for incoming 9th graders and parents to meet the UHS coaches.

Free 2013-2014 Athletic Physicals

MMI will offer free physicals on Saturday, June 8th. You must pre-register and bring the FCPS Athletic Paperwork Packet with you. The FCPS packet is available on-line at www.fcps.org/athletics or a hard copy can be picked up in the UHS office on June 1st.
