Job Description: Special Education teacher, case manager, and department chair. My primary reponsiblities include co-teaching (see schedule below), running and managing IEP meetings, ensuring students are receiving the necessary supports to be successful, and overseeing the special education department at OHS.
Schedule for Semester One 2012
1st block - Co-teach Biology with Mrs. Parker
SET - HSA tutoring
3rd block - Casemanagement & Testing
4th block - Learning Strategies
5th block - Planning
After School Tutoring: (starts on October 31st) on Wednesday's and Thursday's from 2:30-3:30. Students can attend tutoring to get help with homework, prepare for upcoming tests, work on long-term projects, and prepare for the HSA's. Transportation is required at the end of tutoring. Please encourage your child to take advantage of this opportunity!
