Administrators

Randy Perrell has enjoyed getting to know the Oakdale community after being appointed principal of Oakdale Elementary.  Randy has 20 years of experience with Frederick County Public Schools.  He has taught at Lincoln, Lewistown, Middletown and Spring Ridge Elementary Schools.  Randy has been an assistant principal for the past six years.  His experiences include Carroll Manor Elementary, Middletown Primary/Elementary and New Market Elementary Schools. 

His undergraduate degree was achieved at Shepherd University and he earned his master’s degree from Hood College.  He looks forward to working with students, parents, teachers and community members in the coming year.
