Hi! My name is Tresa Kallarackal and I'm so excited to be your child's teacher this year. This is my second year teaching 1st grade at BCES. I graduated from Salisbury University with a bachelors in Elementary Education and completed my student teaching in a 2nd and 3rd grade classroom. After graduating, I worked at Spring Ridge Elementary as a Title I Assistant for a year where I assisted with small groups in reading and math in a variety of grade levels.
I currently live in Frederick, within the Ballenger Creek community. When I'm not teaching, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, baking, and an occasional game of tennis.
The 2012-2013 school year has already been off to a great start in our classroom, and I am excited about sharing in many more learning experiences with your child this year! :)
